Italija je jedna od najposjećenijih destinacija na svijetu, ali je zbog toga i najveća žrtva prekomjernog turizma.

Vidimo u posljednje vrijeme da se sve više govori o problemima sa kojima se suočava Venecija.

Ovaj grad je počeo da uvodi razna ograničenja za kretanje turista, brojne kazne za kršenje veoma strogih pravila ponašanja, a razmatra se i naplata ulaza u stari grad.

Veoma veliki broj turista koji posjećuje ovaj grad, čini gotovo nemogućim uživanje i obilazak glavnih znamenitosti. Slično je i sa druga dva italijanska grada koji se nalaze na listi najposjećenijih svjetskih destinacija. Rim i Firenca imaju slične muke, a turisti su sve manje dobrodošli na ova mjesta.

Zato vam predlažemo nekoliko alternativnih gradova u Italiji, koji su zapravo sjajni i mogu vam pružiti daleko veće uživanje nego pomenuta Trojka.

Napulj

Napulj

Makar se samo zaputili do Napulja kako biste probali picu tamo gdje je nastala, nećete pogriješiti. U XIX vijeku ovdje je otvorena prva picerija na svijetu – L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, gdje se i danas pravi najbolja Margarita od specijalne vrste paradajza i sira. Osim pice, Napulj je poznat i po vulkanu Vezuv koji se izdiže iznad grada. U katastrofalnoj erupciji koja se dogodila 79 godine nove ere uništen je grad Popeja. Do ovog lokaliteta se danas stiže gradskim prijevozom.

Parma

Svi zaljubljenici u italijansku kuhinju treba da posjete Parmu, mjesto gdje je nastao čuveni parmezan (Pamigiano – Reggiano). Osim čuvenog sira, ovaj grad ima i sjajan pršut i šunku.

Modena

Modena

U Modeni je nastao Ferrari, zbog čega je ovaj grad omiljena destinacija za ljubitelje luksuznih automobila. Obavezno treba posjetiti Muzej Enzo Ferrari. Pomalo neobičan spoj ali u Modeni se nalazi i muzej Lučana Pavarotija, pa je osim za ljubitelje automobila ona  privlačna i ljubiteljima opere. Znamenitost Modene je i gradska katedrala (Duomo di Modena), a grad je poznat i po čuvenom balzamiko sirćetu.

Bolonja

BOLOGNA. PANORAMICA AEREA DEL CENTRO STORICO.

Prijestolnica italijanske kuhinje je svakako Bolonja. Ovaj grad ima neke od najboljih restorana u Italiji, dom je čuvenoj pasti bolonjeze. U Bolonji se nalaze brojne crkve i kapele, a čuvena je po svojoj arhitekturi iz Srednjeg vijeka. Dva srednjovijekovna tornja, Garisedni i Asinelli od kojih je jedan veoma kriv, simbol su grada, koji je poznat i po svojim prolazima sa kolonadama (porticoes) i kanalima.

Reggio di Calabria

Glavni grad istoimene pokrajine na krajnjem jugu Italije, poznat je po predivnim plažama i impresivnoj arhitekturi. Iako je turistički centar sa velikim brojem low-cost letova iz cijele Evrope, Ređo di Kalabrija još uvijek nije toliko zatrpan turistima, pa je u njemu moguće uživati i opustiti se.

Gradić na jugoistoku Sicilije se smatra baroknom prijestolnicom Italije. Ovo mirno mjesto poznato je po svojoj raskošnoj arhitekturi koja se naziva i sicilijanskim barokom. Predivna šetališta, brojne crkve i hotel iz XVIII vijeka koji je pod zaštitom UNESCO-a su dovoljan razlog da posjetite ovaj grad.

Glavni grad Sicilije se nalazi na listi najboljih gradova koje treba posjetiti u 2019. Poznat je po svojim tržnicama, palatama i crkvama, a nudi i izvanredne izlete u prirodi uključujući i posjete vrhunskim vinarijama

Još jedan sicilijanski grad poznat po bogatoj istoriji. Nekadašnji grad Stare Grčke, rodno je mjesto Arhimeda. Od znamenitosti tu se nalaze starogrčki teatar kao i ostaci Apolonovog hrama.

Ljubitelji vina treba da se upute na sjever, na padine Dolomita u region Trentino-Alto Adiđe, koji je postojbina čuvenog italijanskog vina pino-griđo (pinot griggio). U gradu Trento nalaze se brojni muzeji, prelijepa katedrala i nalazište iz antičnog doba.
